Timeless Tuesday: Christmas in July!!

Good morning Flourishes Friends, it's time for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday. We have yet another wonderful Tuesday for you!

Welcome to Flourishes’ Christmas in July sale! Each year around this time, Flourishes kicks off a festive sale that is sure to warm your hearts and get you in the spirit, long before the snow starts to fly! Between now and the 31st of July, all of their Christmas sets will be a whopping 25% off! Just click HERE to see all the fun sets that are on sale! They just got a NEW shipment of stamps to stock up so the Flourishes warehouse is stacked to the brim with Christmas goodies! There are no codes -- all stamp sets are automatically marked down for you!

What a great excuse to start on your Christmas cards, now instead of waiting until the fall, which I have been known to do. This sale is such a great motivator for me too, and after all of our extra special Christmas inspirations, please check out all of the beautiful sets on sale in the Flourishes shop!

This week I made two cards. I just love the "Rejoice" Christmas image, don't you? And since Flourishes is having a Christmas in July sale, this is a perfect time to pick it up! And I love an all white card, so I created a crisp white Christmas card too, with the "Paperwhites" set.

For my first card I used Flourishes "Rejoice" Christmas set that I watercolored in with the following Flourishes Letraset Aqua Markers: Spring Green, Scarlet, Raspberry, and Rose Carmine. I added some beautiful "Ivory Scalloped Lace Trim" lace and a Flourishes Stick Pin that I colored in with my R29 Copic marker, pinned to my bow.

For my second Christmas card, I used the sentiment from Flourishes "Paperwhites" that I stamped on Flourishes Classic White paper. For my Spellbinder layers I used "Fancy Tags Three" on top of Spellbinders Labels #18, placed on top of a Spellbinder frame, then I added some pearls to everything.

Please visit the rest of the Timeless Tuesday team to gather more inspirations and ideas.

  1. Wow! These are both amazing. Beautiful job on both. Love all the layers on the white card. The Spellbinder frame on the 2nd card - is that a die?

  5. Your cards are both so lovely and festive. I like the traditional colours with the lace and text print paper and the little touches of pink. And the white lacy design is so elegant and feminine. Gorgeous work!

  8. Both these cards are lovely. I particularly like the Rejoice stamp, and the way you have mounted it up, but the white one is a beautiful selection of die cuts too. Kate x
